Your product is absolutely fabulous! It removed about 50 years of hard water stains from my house windows. I live in E. Washington where we have extremely hard water. Unfortunately we do not know what your Black sink is made of. Yes if it is porcelain or some other tile like surface. No if it is marble or painted. We would recommend an inconspicuous test area to see if Spot-X is going to scratch it.

I have a very large tile shower. It became terribly spotted and nothing I tried worked. I bought everything made to remove water and soap spots from bathroom tile. I even tried all the "home remedies" , vodka etc. I would never consider using anything caustic. I was in Home Depot with my husband last week and while standing in the home cleaning aisle I saw your product. I'm still willing to try anything. I just finished polishing the shower and am so pleased I just had to let you know. It's not an easy job (spray on and rinse off) but well worth it! Here's hoping it lasts for awhile! I received your product yesterday and I love it! I have a mirror hanging in my shower I use for shaving and I thought I was going to have to replace it because it was so water stained. I wanted to write to you to tell you something that you already know. Your product works! I have a shower enclosed with glass. The door and glass panes have been stained since I purchased the flat two years ago. I have tried many things to clean them, but nothing has worked. I was resigned to learn to live with the stained glass or to get new glass installed. I tried many products intended to clean glass and shower doors. I tried vinegar. I tried lemon juice. I tried hydrochloric acid. I tried steel wool to scrub it with. I tried a cleaner intended for ceramic stove tops. I tried just about everything I could think of. I searched the internet for clues and ideas to get the glass back to a clear condition. During this search I came across your website and decided to order a container of your product to try. Living in France, I expected this to take several weeks to get delivered, but was surprised to get the product in less than a week. I took the photo below, which shows one pane that has been treated and one pane that has not been treated. The difference is striking. I wish I had found your product sooner! By no means is this an easy product to use, but the results are worth the effort and time needed to perform the work. I will try to find the palm sander that you recommend in your instructions this weekend, but realize that the model you reference may not be available in France.

Just wanted to tell you that we purchased Spot-X to clean the windows on our Class A Motorhome (large windows). I was busily cleaning with your two fingered method when my son came by and suggested using our palm-held orbital finishing sander with the non scratch pad. We tried it on a small louvered pane. WOW!!
I then did the windshield--WOW!! (in no time & little effort at all.)
I used a spray bottle with water to keep the pad moist, sprinkled Spot-X on the moist pad & spritzed to mud consistency. (We used a salt shaker type bottle to put the Spot-X in for shaking.) Our motorhome had all the windows spotted badly. I can't believe the difference Spot-X made. They look like new, and squeaky clean!

Yes, there have been a few dissatisfied customers, usually they did not want to do any scrubbing work (elbow grease), expecting a "quick, no effort solution", OR they had used a caustic acid to remove the stubborn stain which resulted in severely damaged glass that Spot-X could not possibly fix. Our GUARANTEE is to refund your purchase price, no questions asked. However we do try to encourage a small amount of elbow grease just in case they didn't try. Because replacing a piece of glass can get very spendy.
